Alison is one of Australia’s most experienced senior property executives with an extensive track record of success in the industry, having previously held positions as Executive General Manager Retirement at Aveo Group, CEO Growth Management Queensland for the Queensland State Government and Executive General Manager of Sanctuary Cove, a leading master-planned residential resort community on Queensland’s Gold Coast. Alison has held Chair and Board memberships across multiple public sector growth projects. Holding a degree in Commerce from the University of Queensland, Alison is currently a Council member for the Retirement Living Council at a national level.
Chief Financial Officer
Chris joined RetireAustralia in 2014 and is responsible for all corporate and village accounting throughout the portfolio in his role as Chief Financial Officer. Chris Webb began his career with PwC and spent 11 years in investment banking and funds management at UBS, Credit Suisse and QIC before consulting to Rio Tinto and Newcrest on valuation and strategy.Chris is a Chartered Accountant and fellow of Finsia.
Head of Development
Glen Brown has 28 years of corporate experience through his previous work with KPMG, Perpetual Trustees Australia and FKP in a variety of roles including General Manager Operations, Chief Financial Officer and Executive General Manager Retirement. He is also a Chartered Accountant and is a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia. Glen joined RetireAustralia as Chief Executive Officer in 2006, and is responsible for the build out of RetireAustralia’s current development pipeline along with sourcing and developing new development opportunities for RetireAustralia nationwide.
Chief Operating Officer
Matt Row has over 15 years of experience in corporate management in the construction, vocational training and property industries. Matt is responsible for the management of all operational aspects across RetireAustralia’s 28 villages nationally and also holds the position of General Manager NSW & QLD. His role includes responsibility for the implementation of new services throughout RetireAustralia’s portfolio. Matt is a member of both the Queensland and New South Wales Property Council Retirement Living Committees.
General Manager, Sales and Marketing
Tammie Carter has over 15 years' direct sales and sales management experience in the Retirement Village sector. Tammie’s role encompasses full sales and marketing accountability, including the coordination of sales administration and property refurbishment, for RetireAustralia’s 28 villages across New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland.
