Alison joined the Infratil board in 2014 and is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. She has been a professional company director since 2007 and is a director of  Spark New Zealand and Wellington International Airport. Alison worked for both corporates and financial institutions in Australia and Asia in trading,finance and risk roles. Alison was also a Visiting Fellow at Macquarie University in Sydney for 12 years until 2011.
