Nick is Company Secretary for Infratil and provides legal advice including in respect of transactions, investment and asset management and compliance. Before joining Morrison & Co in 2016, Nick was a Special Counsel at Chapman Tripp in Wellington where he practised in business acquisitions and reorganisations, company and securities markets laws and corporate governance.
