Dundonnell Wind Farm

Trustpower Limited (NZX: TPW) announced on 6 July 2016 that it has received a planning permit for Dundonnell Wind Farm, located in South-West Victoria, and subsequently on the 26 July 2016 that it is progressing the project, including the final steps to obtain approval for Dundonnell under the Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC).

 Trustpower is pleased to advise that on the 26 August 2016 it received Federal approval for the proposed action associated with the Dundonnell Wind Farm from the Department of Environment and Energy under relevant sections of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC).

Trustpower will need to satisfy a number of pre – construction planning requirements and complete various technical and commercial work streams to determine to proceed to financial close for the windfarm as noted in Trustpower's earlier release, as well as progressing any further outstanding approvals required.
