Established in 2012, the ASIP platform comprised two entities managed by H.R.L. Morrison & Co. to invest in social infrastructure assets; the Leighton Contractors Infrastructure Partners (“LCIP”) and Public Infrastructure Partners Australia (“PIPA”). ASIP has recently divested its 49.0% interest in the A$232m South East Queensland Schools PPP held by PIPA, and continues to hold a 9.95% interest in the A$1.85billion New Royal Adelaide Hospital PPP held by LCIP.
