Established in 2012, the ASIP platform comprised two entities managed by H.R.L. Morrison & Co. to invest in social infrastructure assets; the Leighton Contractors Infrastructure Partners (“LCIP”) and Public Infrastructure Partners Australia (“PIPA”). ASIP has recently divested its 49.0% interest in the A$232m South East Queensland Schools PPP held by PIPA, and continues to hold a 9.95% interest in the A$1.85billion New Royal Adelaide Hospital PPP held by LCIP.

Diagnostic imaging is an essential service to a broad and expanding range of healthcare applications. The different types of scans (such as x-rays, ultrasound, CT scans, PET scans and MRIs) are used to prevent, diagnose and treat a wide array of diseases and other health issues (for example cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, respiratory, hearing/vision, neurological, kidney, gastrointestinal and cancer).

Qscan operates over 70 clinics across Australia, and is a market leader in PET & CT. Qscan was an early mover in the deployment of PET outside hospitals and now operates a network of 10 clinics offering PET. The Qscan network includes a diversified cohort of doctors with a reputation for operational excellence and deep subspeciality expertise.
