Infratil Limited (IFT:NZX/ASX) is pleased to announce that, after two and a half years as Chief Financial Officer, Andrew Carroll will step into the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer. This change will position Andy to focus on execution and capital allocation priorities across Infratil as the scale and global footprint of our portfolio continues to increase.

Andy will be accountable for setting and driving execution and capital allocation priorities, overseeing portfolio and portfolio company performance, and mobilising Morrison and external resources to deliver these outcomes. He will also retain accountability for Infratil’s capital management. Andy is also a director of One NZ and Eon Fibre.

Matt Ross, who has served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer since November 2023 and has been with Infratil for over 16 years, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, reporting to Andy. Matt brings significant depth of expertise across the Infratil portfolio, is well known to many Infratil investors and after such a long history with the business is uniquely positioned to take on this role. Matt is also a director of Wellington International Airport.

Infratil Chief Executive Jason Boyes said these changes are being implemented to support Infratil’s ongoing growth, while staying focussed on portfolio performance and capital discipline.
