Infratil Chair, Alison Gerry, today announced the appointments of Ms Tiffany Fuller and Mr Brad Banducci to the Infratil Board.
“We are pleased to have recruited directors who bring experience working across a diverse portfolio of companies and operations, together with their knowledge of listed markets. Almost half of Infratil’s investment portfolio is now located in Australia and these appointments reflect our focus on continuing to broaden our Australian investor base, following Infratil’s inclusion in the ASX 200 last year,” she said.
Tiffany Fuller is an experienced and well-respected governance professional based in Melbourne. Her current governance roles include directorships of publicly listed Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Co. Limited (ASX: SOL), Computershare Limited (ASX/NZX: CPU/CPW) and Vicinity Centres (ASX: VCX). Tiffany brings extensive experience in chartered accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, funds management, and management consulting.
Brad Banducci is a highly accomplished CEO and brings over 35 years of leadership experience spanning retail and consumer, fintech, and management consulting. Based in Sydney, his recent roles have included CEO and Managing Director of Woolworths Group, where Brad led Woolworths through a major portfolio transformation, including divesting non-core operations, and supporting the creation of one of Australia's largest data analytics businesses.
Brad’s appointment to the Infratil Board will take effect from 1 July 2026 and Tiffany’s appointment will take effect from 19 August 2026. Consistent with Infratil’s constitution, Brad will be required to retire and seek election at the 2026 annual meeting and Tiffany at the 2027 annual meeting. The Board has determined that both Brad and Tiffany are independent directors for the purposes of the NZX Listing Rules.
These appointments are part of a deliberate succession plan. As previously announced, Peter Springford is retiring and will not stand for re-election at the 2026 Annual Meeting, but will continue as an adviser to the Infratil Board until the end of 2026.
