Perpetual Infratil Infrastructure Bonds Annual Rate Reset

Infratil Limited advises that the Coupon Rate on the Perpetual Infratil Infrastructure Bonds (PiiBs) for the period 15 November 2018 to the next reset date, being 15 November 2019, is 3.55% per annum payable quarterly. This figure is equal to the Bank One Year Swap Rate on 15 November 2018 for quarterly payments, plus the Margin of 1.5% per annum.
