On 22 July 2020, Infratil Limited (IFT) released the Notice of Meeting (and Proxy Form) for its 2020 Annual Meeting, to be held on Thursday, 20 August 2020 commencing at 2.30pm (NZST). In that Notice of Meeting, shareholders were given the option to join the meeting in person or online.

Infratil now advises that, due to the revised COVID-19 restrictions announced by the Government on 11 August 2020, shareholders will no longer have the option to join the meeting in person, and shareholders will only be able to join the meeting online. When participating online you will require your shareholder number, found on your Proxy Form, for verification purposes.

Infratil originally proposed a hybrid meeting to give shareholders the option to join the meeting in person or online based on their own preferences, given the ongoing impact of COVID-19. However, Infratil does not now consider it prudent for shareholders to join next week’s meeting in person. The Board appreciates shareholders’ support and understanding with regard to this one-off arrangement for the 2020 Annual Meeting.

Shareholders can submit questions online in advance of, or during the Annual Meeting.
