Infratil Limited advises that the Company’s 2023 Annual Meeting will be held at 2.30pm on Thursday, 17 August 2023 in the Public Trust Hall, 131 Lambton Quay, Wellington. Infratil Limited’s 2023 Annual Meeting will take place as a hybrid meeting, meaning that shareholders will have the option to join the meeting in person or online.

Infratil Limited also advises that, for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the period for the nomination of Directors opens today and will remain open until 5:00pm (New Zealand time) on Wednesday, 21 June 2023.

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated.
