Infratil Limited advises that the Coupon Rate on the Infratil Infrastructure Bonds maturing 15 December 2029 (IFTHC) for the period 15 December 2024 to the next reset date, being 15 December 2025, is 6.24% per annum payable quarterly in arrear. The Coupon Rate is equal to the One Year Swap Rate (for quarterly payments) on 16 December 2024, plus the Margin of 2.50% per annum.
