ASX has confirmed that Infratil (NZX: IFT; ASX: IFZ) has changed its admission category from an ASX Listing to an ASX Foreign Exempt Listing, effective from 11 March 2016.
The change means that Infratil will primarily be regulated by its home exchange, NZX, and is exempt from complying with most of ASX’s Listing Rules. Infratil continues to have a full listing on the NZX Main Board and to be listed on the ASX.
