Infratil Infrastructure Bonds 4.90% p.a. due 15 June 2021 and 5.50% p.a. due 15 June 2024
Infratil advises that due to investor demand, the General Offer of both Series of the above Infrastructure Bonds (currently scheduled to close on 15th June 2016) is now closed.
The Closing Date for the Exchange Offer remains the 13th June 2016.
Infrastructure Bonds offered under the Exchange Offer will be issued on 16th June 2016.
Infrastructure Bonds offered under the General Offer will be issued on 16th June 2016 and 20th June 2016.
The expected date of initial quotation of the Infrastructure Bonds on the NZX Debt Market is 16th June 2016.
