Infratil advises that it has registered a Simplified Disclosure Prospectus for an offer of unsecured unsubordinated Infrastructure Bonds maturing 15 November 2019, which carry a coupon of 6.75% per annum.

The Offer will open on or around 23 December 2013, and the Simplified Disclosure Prospectus will be available free of charge on Infratil's website www.infratil.com/for-investors/bonds/ or from the managers.
