NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, further to the announcement released by Infratil Limited (“IFT”) today, the General Offer for the upcoming bond issues (“IFT220” and “IFT230”) is now closed. The Closing Date for the Exchange Offer remains the 13 June 2016.
IFT220 and IFT230 will commence trading on the NZDX market Thursday, 16 June 2016.
