Mark Tume
Chairman and Independent Director
Mark has been Chairman since October 2013 and a director since 2007 and is a member of the Board's Audit and Risk Committee. He is Chair of RetireAustralia, Ngāi Tahu Holdings and a director of the New Zealand Refining Company. His professional experience has been in New Zealand banking and funds management.
